Melody Gwala is a multifaceted, self-driven career woman who has established herself in more than one career path. While she climbs the corporate ladder in accountancy, holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree having majored in financial accounting and finance and currently pursuing her Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Accounting, Melody Gwala is a talent.

She holds the title of television host/ presenter, voice-over artist and has recently added actress to her bio as she will make her debut on a new drama series by Red Pepper Pictures for the e-Media group.

She started her career in entertainment as a live television presenter on a music show (Hype it up) on Cape Town’s local television channel, Cape Town Tv where she presented for 1 year. Melody Gwala then elevated and was then known as “Intombi Yom’Zulu, Queen of talk” when she hosted the SABC 2’s youth edutainment show (Hectic Nine-9) that she presented on for 2 years. This is where she sharpened her hosting and presenting skills, she has interviewed the likes of cabinet ministers, working professionals and entertainers.

Melody Gwala then hosted the new season of the e-reality show, “Tsebisa” where she diversified her hosting skills by being able to interact with guests from all walks of life on the show. Her journey and the diverse work that she has done as a presenter, proves that she can be positioned to host in any platform, and she will deliver.

Melody Gwala continues to do voice work for the SABC and wears her professional hats proudly. Indeed, a true multifaceted young woman who continues to grow in both her corporate and entertainment careers.
