Khanya Sosibo is a Durban born, South African media personality and actress, with over 10 years’ experience across various broadcasting platforms. She holds postgraduate certificates in Strategic Leadership and African Thought Leadership from GIBS and TMALI respectively. She further holds a Business Management and Marketing degree from UKZN and is a YALI Fellow.

After a stint in corporate, Khanya took the leap of faith to follow her passion for the arts and entertainment. She has graced our screens in supporting roles, on some of Mzansi’s loved soapies, such as Generations- The Legacy, The Estate on SABC3 and most recently, on the second season of tv series Ayeye ( Ayeye Stripped).

The multi-talented Khanya ventured across the country in pursuit of radio, her first love. Having cut her teeth on campus radio in 2008, this vibrant and driven broadcaster has since taken over the airwaves on retail, online and commercial radio stations across the country. She currently enthralls her audience​ as a Radio Presenter ​via Power987 and African Bank Radio.

As a voice over artist, she has worked with brands such as Kaya959 and Gagasi FM to name a few. Khanya is a director at iKasi Creative, a non profit company that provides TV and Film skills training for rural youth. Her experience on stage as a performer and speaker, birthed Khanya‘s warm and inviting confidence , which has seen her win over many hearts as an MC and in her community as a Social Entrepreneur., advocating for the empowerment of women and youth through education and the creative arts.
